After experiencing burnout, loss of energy, and exhausting routines, ice immersion became a foundational ritual. Shock, awakening, transformation. What had changed one life could surely change many others.

2022 – The shock of the first cold bath: the revelation is here.
2023 – 12 months of research, testing, prototypes: ISKAR takes shape.
2024 – Launch of the first models: individual and duo baths.
