Refund policy

At Melaura, every set is handmade in a limited series (3 to 4 copies). Here, in full transparency, is how returns work.

Sizing

Every set is made in the size you choose (S · M · L) or, for a Signature Fit, to the measurements you send us. Size is the customer's responsibility: a set that doesn't fit can be neither refunded nor remade. If in doubt, write to us before ordering — we'll check your size with you.

Right of withdrawal (customers in France / EU)

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason.

Important, for hygiene reasons: press-on nails are sealed products. The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the seal on the box has been opened (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). The set must therefore be returned to us unsealed, in its original case.

Aura Atelier creations (made to measure, produced to your specifications) are not eligible for withdrawal, under the same provision.

To exercise this right: melanie@melaura.co. Return shipping is at your expense; the refund (set + initial standard shipping) is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Damaged parcel or wrong order

If your parcel arrives damaged or the set you receive isn't the one you ordered: send us photos within 48 hours at melanie@melaura.co or on WhatsApp (+971 58 564 5077). We replace or refund in full, at our expense.

Customers in the United Arab Emirates

The same commitments apply: replacement in case of damage or error, and returns accepted within 14 days for any unopened set.
