Shipping

Every set is handmade in small series: allow 1 to 2 business days of preparation for ready-to-wear, and 1 to 2 weeks of production for a Signature Fit.

• United Arab Emirates — delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
• France & Europe — delivery in 5 to 10 business days, taxes and duties included: nothing to pay on delivery.

You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Every order travels in its black Melaura case, ready to be gifted — or kept.

Returns & sizing

Our sets are handmade hygiene products: returns are only accepted for unopened sets, within 14 days of receipt.

Sizing: every set is made in the size you choose or to the measurements you send us. Size is therefore the customer's responsibility: a set that doesn't fit can be neither refunded nor remade. Take the time to measure properly with the "My measurements" guide, and at the slightest doubt, write to us before ordering: we'll check your size with you.
