1. Who we are

2. Our products

Handmade press-on nails from Dubai, in limited series of 3 to 4 copies per design, as well as made-to-measure creations (Aura Atelier) and an online course. Every set is a nail artist's work, not a factory product: slight variations from one copy to the next are part of its handcrafted character and do not constitute a defect. Every box contains the 10 nails in your size, gel pads (short wear) and glue (2 to 3 weeks of wear).

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) for France and in dirhams (AED) for the UAE, all taxes included. For France, prices include VAT and import duties (DDP delivery): no surprise fees on delivery. Any shipping fees are shown before payment is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is final once payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud. For Aura Atelier creations, production begins once the quote has been approved and paid.

5. Production and delivery

Sets in stock: prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Made-to-measure creations: lead time stated on the quote (usually 1 to 2 weeks). Delivery times are detailed on the "Shipping & returns" page. In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we remake or refund in full.

6. Sizing

Choosing the size (S/M/L or Signature Fit via our 10 measurements) is the customer's responsibility. A set that doesn't fit can be neither refunded nor remade; we're happy to check your size with you before you order.

7. Returns and withdrawal

See the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Melaura designs, photos, texts and course videos are protected. Any reproduction, sharing or resale without written permission is prohibited. Access to the course is strictly personal and non-transferable.

9. Liability

Press-on nails are applied to healthy natural nails. If you have a known allergy to cosmetic adhesives (cyanoacrylates), use the gel pads provided. We cannot be held liable for use that does not follow the application instructions provided.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumers residing in France retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: melanie@melaura.co.
